Senior Data Manager
AUSTIN BLOCH
Austin Bloch is the Senior Data Manager at Rebate Bus, specializing in the curation of rebate data and analytics across the United States and Canada. With eight years of experience in both commercial and residential utility rebates, Austin is a key asset to the Rebate Bus team. He studied Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, using his technical expertise to develop top-end analytics for the utility rebate sector. In his free time, Austin loves exploring the great outdoors through hiking, camping, and skiing in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Chief Operating Officer
DAN FERNANDEZ
Dan Fernandez is the chief operating officer and director of residential operations at Rebate Bus. Dan obtained a bachelor's degree in business and healthcare administration from UW Eau-Claire and brings a wealth of administrative experience from being a campus director at healthcare facilities. Dan has been involved with Rebate Bus since its inception and has had a role in all departments over the years. Dan currently manages the residential team, helps oversee day-to-day functions and is committed to helping drive the "bus" forward so it can continue to be an industry pioneer. In his free time, Dan enjoys spending his time exploring around the country with his wife and dogs, Chicago sports, and a good competition.

Commercial Incentives Manager
MIKAYLA HEATH
Mikayla Heath brings experience from working as an Office Manager for a contracting company out of Iowa City, IA. For the past year and a half she has worked at Rebate Bus processing rebates as their Commercial Incentives Manager. Mikayla attended Coe College, and now lives in Cedar Falls, IA with her fiancé. She loves spending time with her family and friends and taking trips to see her relatives in Wisconsin.

Chief Executive Officer
JOEL SANDERSEN
With over 25 years of managing incentives, Joel Sandersen brings a wealth of experience to his role as Rebate Bus's CEO. His experience with contractors, distributors, project developers and manufacturers has prepared him to manage any incentive challenge our customers may face. Joel has a master’s degree in applied economics (Marquette University) and bachelor’s degrees in economics and history (Alma College). A dedicated husband and father of three, Joel spends his free time reading, writing, and serving in his local church.

Director of Commercial Operations
MARK TROTTER
Mark Trotter brings experience from working as a Financial Coordinator and Business Manager for a small health and wellness business in Sheboygan, WI for 10 years. For the past 5 years he has worked at Rebate Bus processing rebates and for the past few years acting as the Director of Commercial Operations. Mark has a bachelor's degree in Finance (Marquette University). Mark enjoys spending time with his family and friends and going to Packer games.
